How long does it take to set up?
Up to a week. Whether it's a website, your AI virtual assistant, or both together, we have you fully set up within about a week of signing up.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. Either we forward your existing calls to Gloria, or we set you up with a new number from us — whichever works best for you.
Does Gloria really speak Spanish?
Yes. Gloria mirrors your caller — English, Spanish, even Spanglish — and answers in whichever language the customer is speaking.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Canceling has a $50 fee, and all payments are non-refundable.
What happens if I get a lot of calls at once?
If you buy a number from us, Gloria can pick up to 10 calls at the same time. If you use your own number, it depends on your phone provider.
